ISLAMABAD – Saudi women are playing an increasingly prominent role in managing Hajj operations and serving millions of pilgrims, becoming a key part of the Kingdom’s modern Hajj system under the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. According to SPA, Saudi women are now actively contributing across field, administrative, technical and healthcare sectors within one of the world’s largest and most complex operational and service environments. Female personnel are working round the clock in crowd management, awareness and guidance services, healthcare and emergency response, digital operations, translation, control rooms, operations centers and logistical support during the Hajj 1447 AH season.
