PHF chief meets players at Lahore camp, backs team for Pro Hockey League



LAHORE   –   Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) President Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani visited the ongoing national training camp at the National Hockey Stadium Lahore, where selected players are preparing for the upcoming Pro Hockey League assignments. During the visit, the PHF president met players and team officials and encouraged the squad ahead of the international event. He said that, with the personal interest and support of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, all arrangements for the team’s international tours had been completed. “We are fully supporting the players in every possible way and hope they will meet the expectations of the nation through their performances,” Wani added.   On the occasion, team officials also gave a detailed briefing to the PHF president regarding preparations for the Pro Hockey League.  President Wani expressed satisfaction over the team’s preparations and arrangements for the upcoming competitions and hoped that they would try to give their best and impress the nation with their performances.
