
Prices of Gold and Silver registered a decline on Tuesday in both domestic and international markets following a downward trend in global bullion trading.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola in Pakistan decreased by Rs2,400 to settle at Rs475,362. The price of 10 grams of gold also fell by Rs2,057, reaching Rs407,546.
In the international bullion market, gold prices dropped by $24 per ounce to $4,530 per ounce.
Silver prices also moved lower globally and locally. In the international market, silver rates declined by $1.53 per ounce to $76.33.
Following the global decline, the local market price of silver per tola fell by Rs153 to Rs8,117, while the price of 10 grams of silver dropped by Rs131 to Rs6,959.
