
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday wrapped up his four-day official visit to China and departed for Pakistan after holding extensive discussions with the Chinese leadership aimed at further strengthening the long-standing strategic partnership between the two countries.
At the airport, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Hua Chunying, who also serves as Secretary General of the China-CEEC Cooperation Secretariat, bid farewell to the prime minister.

During his stay in China, Prime Minister Shehbaz held key meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang.
He also participated in high-level events held to mark the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China.
During the visit, both countries signed several cooperation agreements covering a wide range of sectors, including the economy, environment and climate change, agriculture and food security, trade, media, science and technology, counterterrorism, and education, further strengthening bilateral ties and cooperation.
